WHAT IS TREATMENT LIKE?

Implant placement requires a number of visits over several months. First you will have an initial consultation, clinical evaluation and any needed corrective procedures such as bone grafting. Next comes the initial surgery. After the procedure, you may experience mild to moderate swelling and discomfort for a few days. (There is, of course, no discomfort during the procedure itself.) Most patients return to work the next day. You should expect to allow three to six months of healing time. The final steps are restoration and follow-up visits.
